Bunclody Golf and Fishing Club is situated in 300 acres of breathtaking parklands in the former Hall-Dare Estate on the Carlow Wexford border.

Designed by Jeff Howes the championship course runs over 7000 yards on the Banks of the River Slaney and has a wide variety of holes to satisfy the most discerninging golfer.

The Index 1 hole 16th tee box sits on the bank of the River Slaney giving a glimpse of the green over 400 yards away, an accurate drive is required through the mature pines with a little draw to avoid the fairway bunkers, to compliment a good drive requires a well executed mid to long iron to the green which is part surrounded by the River, a par will be a memorable result. An elevator will take you from the 17th up 5 floors to the 18th tee box giving a bird’s eye view over the river as you ascend.

The bar and restaurant offer a warm welcome and tempting menu with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and of Mount Leinster, we are open to visitors and societies every day.

From Dublin North Side: Start from Red Cow
N7 At Junction with M50 take middle-hand lanes to continue forward onto N7 (signposted Limerick).
At Junction 3 continue  on the Naas Road - N7 (signposted Limerick, The South).
At Junction 9 continue  on the M7 motorway (signposted Limerick).
Leave the M7 at junction 11, then join the M9 motorway (signposted Waterford).
Leave M9 at junction 5, then at roundabout take the 1st exit onto the N80 (signposted Rosslare).
Continue  on the N80 to  Ballon.
Continue on  N80 to  Bunclody Entrance to Golf Course is opposite the Mill Race Hotel on the left hand side.  Total time 1 hr 25 min approx.

From Dublin South Side: Start at Louglinstown Roundabout
At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the M11.
Continue on the N11 to Camolin.
Continue into Ferns.
At roundabout take the 1st exit onto Enniscorthy Road - N11 at next roundabout (approx 6 miles).
Turn right onto the N80 (signposted Carlow).
Continue on N80 to Bunclody entrance to golf course is on the right hand side at top of the Main Street opposite the Mill Race Hotel.
